As some of you know, Travis and I were able to go to the BC/BYU football game today here in Boston. What a game! We are really glad we were able to be there for it because it really was a great game to watch. BYU looked pretty good throughout the whole game with a few occasional mistakes along the way. We started off really well with an early lead in the first quarter that we kept into the second half. The second half was as good as the first half, ending regulation time in a tie, 23-23! We ended up going into double overtime with a pretty lame ending for such a great game!
We started out the game sitting up pretty high. They weren't bad seats but we found the BYU section and wandered down there at half time and ended up sitting in really good seats along with hundreds of other BYU fans! We really felt that BYU was well represented here in Boston, that's for sure. It was fun for us to run into a lot of our friends from BYU plus others that we've met here. As much as we would have loved to come away with a win today, we did have a fun time and have two sunburns and one lost voice to show for it!!

oooh, how did i miss out?? i recall many byu games with lizzie liz and i think i even have a picture that features trav-dog at the ol' lavell edwards stadium...

I'm so glad you were able to make it to the game. Dan worked, I babysat while our friend's went. I was so bummed. Sounds like fun and you look as cute as ever in your pic. Let's get together again soon . . .

To bad the game ended in a loss!! Trav sounded like he was on the verge of a heart attack during overtime from all of the excitement! haha.. But Richie and I wish we could have been there to help cheer the cougs on. anyways, thanks for linking to my blog, its slim pickins right now, but hopefully i'll have some cool topic to write about soon! how lucky are you...to get to see a byu game when you aren't a student any more and you don't even live remotely close to the Y! go cougars! (insert the roaring sound effect they always play at the games here.)
