our summer has been full of fun things, too! i've just finished updating everything else that i haven't been able to post throughout the summer. i've also been crocheting a lot more making flowers, headbands, necklaces, etc. it's been fun crafting and i hope to keep it up. anyway, enjoy catching up with me. maybe i'll be able to be more consistent with this blog after all of this.
one saturday afternoon we all took looong, much needed naps. after miles and i had woken up we came out to find travis and calvin asleep like this. apparently calvin chose to sleep like this; travis did not kick him off!
just a couple weeks ago we were apart of the crawfish festival. remember this last year? no parade this time but travis was at the booth all day and we were there as much as possible to help, too. calvin sat in his little chair and blew bubbles to draw some attention.
getting pretty! i was painting my nails one morning and both boys were very interested and wanted theirs done, too. why not? don't worry, it only lasted a day. once a certain daddy got home we took it off pretty fast! gotta love the pink toes with the red baseball socks!
summer softball. travis played on a team with some guys from our ward. it was fun to go watch a lot of the games this summer and cheer on the team.
oh yeah...did i mention his team won their division championship? t-shirts and a plaque! way to go guys!
just last night for fhe we took the boys to a local park and calvin and travis went fishing while i followed miles around doing this:
here's to a warm and sunny fall!

working and mom-ing IS tough...i'm glad you're getting the hang of it. i sort of thought it was a little fun once i could figure out my schedule. also, i really love miles' shorts around his bum in the last picture. cutie.
