potty update

i'm sure some of you are wondering how we're doing with the potty around our house. i'm not gonna lie, this week has been pretty stressful with lots of ups and downs (not to mention lots of disgusting messes to clean up...i don't know why i decided to do this with my very sensitive pregnant nose) on monday, after cleaning up 2 poops and 3 pees before lunch, i had had it. i gave travis a call at school and he re-assured me that he's gonna get it and that i can't give up. and guess what? he's got it! i hate to jinx a really good thing but we've had 0 accidents in the last two days with calvin telling me every single time he has to go potty. don't worry, i realize we'll probably still have accidents and that we're still in training mode. but come on, my almost 2 year old is using the potty! and, i was brave and ran lots of errands today and we still came home dry. i have decided that the worst part of having potty-trained kids is having to use public restrooms...um, disgusting.
