halloween.

we've had a great halloweek this past week and this morning calvin kept saying, "mom, i'm sad halloween is over. we did our halloweek activities but i didn't take hardly any pictures. we carved pumpkins for fhe last week. here are the boys cleaning out the guts. calvin said that since he was almost five he was ready to get his hands dirty and help more this year. miles liked it for a minute but wanted his hands clean right after he touched it.

scary faces!

and from last night! since travis and his dad went hunting a couple times this fall my boys have loved hearing their stories and think it's pretty cool. especially when papa brought them home a couple camo shirts for them to wear. so, here are my little hunters. even though i would have NEVER, in a million years, chosen these costumes for my boys, they did look pretty cute last night going out for trick-or-treating.

the boys with papa! we're glad he could come with us for a little while.

at home checking out the loot. what am i going to do with all of this candy?

we told the boys that they could go at it and eat as much as they wanted last night. by the end of the night they both looked something like this. rolling on the floor stuffing their faces. i'm loving their ages right now and how much fun they have with holidays.
