how long have you been together? known each other for 4 1/2 years, married for 3 (anniversary is december 18)
how long did you date? started dating in january of 2004, engaged the end of august, married in december.
how old is he? 26. happy birthday on august 15
who eats more? travis. and he eats really fast, too.
who said "i love you" first? trav. he told me he was falling in love with me and then about a week later he told me that he loved me. awwww.
who is taller? travis also. 6 ft. and i think it'd be cool if i was taller.
who can sing better? well, i guess that would be me? although, you wouldn't want either one of us to join your choir, let's be honest!
who is smarter? we are both smart in our own little ways. although, trav always knows these crazy little, unknown facts and i have no idea where they come from!
who does the laundry? me. but he introduced me to the wonderful world of bleach. wierd, i know.
who pays the bills? that would be me again. trav is pretty busy and gone a lot!
who sleeps on the right side of the bed? standing at the foot of the bed, travis does. although, i don't think either one of us has a real preference one way or another.
who mows the lawn? what's a lawn? ha, just kidding. i wish we had one. i actually don't mind it. but when travis was in high school he would mow fields that took him at least 3 hours to mow.
who cooks dinner? i usually do and even when i don't, travis rarely does! occasionally he'll throw a couple steaks in the broiler and add some secret spices to them that usually turn out really good.
who drives? i usually do just because trav takes the T to school so i have the car most of the time. but i guess when we're going somewhere together, it's usually him.
who is more stubborn? i actually don't consider either one of us all that stubborn but i'd probably say me. yeah, i just asked him and without any hesitation said me.
who kissed who first? travis kissed me first. we had just finished watching a movie that i had fallen asleep to (shocker, i know) and he walked me to my door and kissed me, half awake. i think he thought that was the only way he was going to be able to do it, haha.
who asked who out first? um...travis asked me out to get some sushi. i had never had it and i think he'd only been once before. unfortunately, neither of us liked it very much. so on our way home he asked me if i wanted some more food because i think he could tell i was still hungry and i quickly agreed to a burger and some fries. that's more my style!
who proposed? travis. i was driving my dad's car showing trav around KC and we were going to stop and have a picnic that we had packed the night before. about 2 minutes before we stopped i got in a minor fender-bender but was pretty upset since it was in my dad's car. then we get to the park and started eating lunch. both trav and i LOVE ice cream so he thought it would be a good idea to wrap the ring box in saran wrap and stuff it inside the pint of ice cream. needless to say, i pretty much forgot about smashing the front of my dad's car. (sorry, dad!)
who has more friends? i do. but trav is pretty good at keeping in touch.
who is more sensitive? definitely me. definitely.
who has more siblings? me. i have 5 brothers and 3 sisters. trav has 2 sisters and 1 brother.
who wears the pants? i'm in one leg and he's in the other. it's really pretty equal.

Amen to the bleach. Isn't it fabulous. I sometimes find myself sniffing the bleached clothes, just...because. If we don't have enough whites for a bleach load I am one sad laundry-er (launder?? -who knows)
