more animals.

first of all, no, this is not a repeat of the previous post. second, it is no secret that my son loves animals. lately, whenever we go anywhere i'll tell him we're going to the store, the park, church, anywhere and about a minute later he'll say "amals" thinking we're on our way to see some animals! we also just invested in a new home for our fish, george which helps in this love. travis has already added 3 more and has plans to add at least 5 more. (pics of the new tank soon to come) well, it is also no secret that i am not a big fan of animals. at all. so how do we compromise? we go to the zoo.

travis was able to take a couple hours off on tuesday so we enjoyed an afternoon seeing all of the animals at boston's franklin park zoo. it was really fun and we saw some amazing animals. i realized on tuesday that it's not that i don't appreciate animals, i just don't want them in my home, under my care! anyway, here are some pics from our fun day with the "amals".the lionthe camelscalvin's favorite, the gorillas
